PREAMBLE

These General Conditions of Use determine the rules of access to the reservation of a service (session and/or workshop and/or program) online and its conditions of use that the User of the service and Client acknowledges accepting, without reservation, simply because of its use in the service.

The individual company ROXANNE VAN DYKE AU COEUR DE is the only one authorized to define the conditions for making this online reservation platform available to the public and for use.

OBJECT:

Making an appointment or reservation or online program corresponds to a service made available by the company and allowing its customers to reserve a time slot in order to carry out a service at the place indicated in the reservation or in line.

 

ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE:

For Users, this functionality materializes in the form of a link accessible from the websitewww.aucoeurde.site.

The User must ensure, prior to any use of the service, the compatibility of his technical environment with the platform used by the company.

It may under no circumstances claim, after the preliminary test, an incompatibility or lack of access to the site.

From the   making an appointment or reservation or program, the User must choose the type of service from the choice offered to them, the date and time at which they want the chosen service.

Finally, the User must provide their last name, first name, telephone number, email address and all data necessary to carry out the service.
The User must then pay a deposit by credit card or Paypal in order to validate the reservation of the chosen service.

No banking data is retained on the site.

Only the services listed on the reservation platform from the websitewww.aucoeurde.site are eligible.

 

DEPOSIT PAYMENT:

To obtain a reservation for the selected service, payment of a deposit is required via online payments, the PAYPAL application or directly at the location of the selected service by cash or check.

The deposit amount may vary depending on the services.

These amounts are specified when booking.

No appointment for a session or workshop without payment of a deposit will be taken into account.

When arriving at the location indicated in the reservation for the chosen service, the Customer will be asked for their first and last name and to arrive at least 5 minutes before their appointment time.

In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, ROXANNE VAN DYKE AU COEUR DE will automatically cancel the appointment and the deposit paid will be retained.

The customer has the possibility to cancel his appointment, from the websitewww.aucoeurde.site or by email info@aucoeurde.site. He can also contact ROXANNE VAN DYKE AU COEUR DE by telephone on 07 49 56 79 17 in order to cancel. 

To obtain a refund of their deposit, the user must notify them of their cancellation no later than 24 hours before their appointment.

The space is inaccessible without an appointment. 

During the sessions, no chaperone, unless requested in advance, is admitted, however, for sessions intended for children, a parent must be present, adolescents from 15 years old can come alone and for DUO sessions two people are admitted.

The remaining balance of the services to be provided following the reservation will be paid directly to ROXANNE VAN DYKE AU COEUR DE at the start of the session or workshop.

 

DELAYS:

Delays of less than 15 minutes are tolerated. 

Beyond 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be retained. 

To obtain another appointment, a new deposit or the entire service if several appointments are canceled in succession; you will be asked.

 

POSTPONMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Any postponements or cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment date.

In the event of postponement, the deposit will be retained and a new appointment date will be offered to you.

If you exceed these 24 hours, the deposit will be retained and the appointment will be canceled.

Thus, to obtain a new appointment date, a new deposit or the entire service if several appointments are canceled in succession; you will be asked.

In the event of a complete cancellation, before 24 hours of the appointment date, the deposit will be refunded in full. 

If this deadline is not respected, the deposit will be retained.

In the event of cancellation of services by ROXANNE VAN DYKE AU COEUR DE, deposit or event reservation services are refunded, within a maximum of 14 working days from the cancellation notice.

 

Deposit refund:

Reimbursement of deposits is made via PAYPAL OR BY TRANSFER, within a MAXIMUM of 14 days after cancellation.

 

TEMPORARY LIMITATION OF THE SERVICE:

In the event that a customer has made two reservation cancellations over a period of one month, or in the event that the User has not shown up following a reservation made online, the User will not be authorized to make another appointment from the platform for a period of one month.

To make this reservation, he must directly contact ROXANNE VAN DYKE AU COEUR DE to perform a service.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

ROXANNE VAN DYKE AT THE HEART OF strives to ensure as much as possible permanent access to the online appointment booking functionality as well as the accuracy and updating of the information available on the latter but is not required as an obligation of means towards the User.

ROXANNE VAN DYKE AU COEUR DE cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance by the User with these General Conditions of Use.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
